Kookaburra - Aussie Fauna Block
This Kookaburra is one of the most popular birds of Australia.
I was very proud to make an applique quilt for my great-grandson for his 2nd birthday showing him some of the animals and birds of Australia.
Each individual block is completed in one hooping, including applique, embroidery and borders. Some animals etc extend over two or more blocks.
There are 30 blocks (8 x 8 in) that make up the complete quilt.
Full instructions, and templates for the applique, are included for each block.
